Medical Advisory Board

Registered clinicians. Named accountability.

Governance & Safety

Clinical rigour is an operating system, not a claim.

Our governance framework is audited annually and reviewed by the medical advisory board. It covers prescribing, complications, consent, record-keeping and patient feedback.

CQC registration

Our London clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (provider ID 1-10293847). Regulated activities, infection control and safeguarding are inspected against national standards.

Prescriber checks

Every clinician is verified against the GMC or HPCSA register before appointment and rechecked annually. Prescribing is limited to the clinician’s scope of practice.

Outcome audit

Complications, revisions and patient-reported outcomes are logged and reviewed quarterly. Photography follows a fixed protocol so change can be measured, not remembered.

Patient feedback

Feedback is collected independently after every episode of care, reviewed by the Medical Director, and reported to the board. Complaints follow a documented two-stage process.
