A 45-minute secure video consultation for longevity, peptide and skincare planning. Prescriptions are coordinated with a local clinician where required. Available worldwide, subject to local regulation.

Before you arrive
We send a confidential intake questionnaire, patch-test instructions and a map. For laser or injectable treatment, please avoid alcohol for 24 hours and anti-inflammatories for 48 hours where medically appropriate.
Accessibility
Step-free access, ground-floor treatment rooms and accessible washrooms at both clinics. Tell us what you need when booking and we will confirm arrangements in writing.
International patients
We work with a small number of local hotels and can schedule protocols across consecutive days. Follow-up reviews continue by secure video.
Privacy
Discreet entrances, private lounges and no photography without written consent. Medical records are held under UK GDPR and South African POPIA.
